100% recommend anytime you are in the Chania area. Chef Vassilis is like having a Michelin star experience in the comfort of your home or vacation rental. Food was superb, presentation was immaculate, and the service was above all. Each course featured local fresh ingredients with a detailed explanation from the chef himself. We had the most incredible dinner provided by Vassilis at our villa in Crete. From the booking to the end of the meal, everything was perfect. He is extremely helpful in providing menu options, offering options to one of the guests with a food allergy, and communicating very timely. He and his assistant, Tasha, arrived on time and brought beautiful, fresh food. They were self sufficient in the kitchen allowing us to continue to enjoy our day until dinner was served. Vassilis presented the food and provided a brief explanation of the dish and its Greek history. All the meal courses were exceptional. The kitchen was spotless when they left. He even emailed me which some great recommendations on local villages, beaches, and restaurants to visit. I highly recommend his services. We will remember this meal for years to come!
